Let me get this straight. Russia and PRC are so intimidated by the West they are setting aside their differences and forming an alliance. This peaceful act strengthens them. Their strength threatens the West. Threatening the West is warlike. Riiiiight. And didn’t Henry Kissinger warn about forcing them into such an alliance? Hint : yes.

Decades ago I recall China being criticized for sending a landmine removal team to Africa. The logic was : this would increase African good will toward China. This would give the Africans an attractive alternative to the West. This would weaken the West’s hold over Africa. This is a threat to the West. So sending that landmine removal team is a warlike act.
